We explored a number of contractors and options to upgrade the existing communal fire alarm system, 1st Look stood out as responsive, knowledgeable and flexible, engaging with local fire authority to ensure the delivered upgrade met regulations.
From planning the project, through installation and final commission the team were fantastic, maintaining the site and engaging with residents to minimise disruption and provide a good finish with installation in each private apartment.
The project was delivered to budget and on time, despite the challenges presented with organising access to 59 private residents.
Final commission was supported with comprehensive documentation & certification.
